How we pick what goes on this list

There’s no shortage of “dating event” listings online, and plenty of them are padded with dead links and dates that never existed. So we keep this one small and checked:

• Every event links to the organiser’s own page — not a middleman. If the organiser’s page is gone, the event comes off.
• Date, city and venue are copied from that page, not from a press release or an aggregator.
• Nothing stays past its date. The day after an event runs it moves to past dating events.
• We don’t list anything we can’t verify, which is why the list is short rather than long.

Prices and door policies change — always confirm on the organiser’s page before you travel.

Run a dating event? Get it listed

Organisers: email contact@datevast.com and we’ll consider your event for this page — listing is free. Send the date, start time, venue and address, city, age bracket, ticket price and the link to your own booking page. We check every listing against that page before it goes up, and we don’t list events we can’t verify there.

Going to a singles event for the first time?

A few things worth knowing before you book:

• Check the age bracket. Most speed-dating nights run tight bands (25–35, 35–45) and will turn you away at the door if you’re outside it.
• Book ahead. Organisers balance the numbers by gender, and one side almost always sells out first.
• Arrive early-ish. Rotations start on time; late arrivals often miss the first few rounds entirely.
• Tell someone where you’re going. Standard first-date safety applies even in a room full of people.
